"How can it be that the greatest of freinds can go from being each other's everything to absolutely nothing?"
The above quote was a comment made by an annoymous person, on one of my blogs. The blog was about my 5 other best friends, that I knew back in High School, and I can actually say, I don't even know where 2 of them are now...and none of us, together, would be normal.
I hate the word 'Bestfriend'...because it creates too much of pressure, devotion and commitment between two people, to a point, where they both or one of them feels burdened.
But most of all, I hate it because it means promise, and I'm incapable to keep one.

I think the term best friend' has that childish notion of having that one friend who's your constant companion everywhere you go.
As I've grown older, I've come to realsie that best friend is a bullshit label, it doesn't count for much.
It's that friend who needs no label or category but is there on the other end of the phone when shit hits the fan who counts to be the BEST.
