Dubai Mall Aquarium BOOO

I am not a vegetarian, that's the only and probably the main downfall of the following argument I'm going to make.
Dubai Mall's Aquarium and Underwater Zoo, which you can see completely for just 25 AED, is sad. It's plain sad.

The fish are just swimming around, BORED out of their minds. There are people staring at them, from every floor, just gaping at them aimlessly and awed, however, eliminating the very fact that they are invading the fishes (it's a word) privacy. There are too many fish in there, too little space. The good thing is that there is someone forever maintaining the place, and swimming behind the fish...BUT REALLY? A huge aquarium?

It's beautiful really- the colours, the variety of fish, plenty in number... just breath taking. I did take a look, but I stopped myself. Because that's what a 'human' being with feelings and all would do. I mean, they don't belong in a glass container, swimming all day long. They deserve to be out there in the ocean, with their friends they left behind...
Even though they're given food and taken care of ... why does man possibly want to stare at fish swimming? What ELSE do we want?

I'm saying, imagine being a mannequin (thank you Uzma, for that spelling!) all your life, your fed and taken care of and all that...but that's what you do- you stand and let people watch you all day long, for some kind of pleasure.
I get it ... it's beautiful...even I wanted to stare at it all day long...but then I'm reminded, that if I were them, I'd rather be ugly and have no one look at me...rather than, stare their eyes off at me all day long.
